Why are records being skipped from my lists?

Records can be skipped for many reasons. Some are related to functionality that is disabled for your org, or related to settings you have configured in the "Configure Session" options. In most cases, records can still be individually selected and included in the session by checking the box to the left of the contact to be dialed. Only feature level settings such as disabling of International Dialing will not allow these records to be called.

With the exception of disabled international countries, even when records are being skipped, you can still place then in scope for dialing by checking the box next to the record.


  • International Dialing Disabled: When this option is disabled at the company level, it will display the message "International dialing has been disabled" and these timezones will be skipped from the calling list.
  • International Dialing Unchecked: When international dialing is enabled for the company, but has been unchecked at the session level the message "Skipping (international)" will be shown next to the relevant records in the list.



  • Blocked Countries: Only countries included in our approved list will be dialed. Any other records that only have phone numbers on the blocked country list will be suppressed from dialing. 

  • Timezone Selection: If the box for a specific timezone is unchecked, it will move them to the "Skipped" session of the list. Note that while in a session, you can check a box to include any records you would like to be dialed.

  • Data Quality Suppression: The application scores phone numbers and provides a data quality value when loading your list. You can read more about data quality here. Selecting "High" will remove more records. Medium is a good balance of callable records, and "Low" will call more records.



  • ICP Domain Exclusions: Domain exclusions that are defined in the ICP are automatically excluded from being called during your session. Exclusions matches email addresses on contacts to the domains defined in your list. Like other skipped records, you still have the ability to call the record by checking the box. Domain exclusions will be specifically called out in your session with the status "Skipping (domain excluded)".
