The application dedicates phone numbers in each Area Code for your specific use when placing outbound calls. These numbers are assigned to your company, not a specific user. In cases of large metro areas and heavy usage, you may be assigned more than one number. When a call is placed to a recipient, it is prioritized to use a phone number in the same area code.

For example:

If I was calling a number such as (408) 555-3732, and I have a dedicated caller ID of (408) 555-4321, the recipient of the call would see (408) 555-4321.

International Numbers:

In addition, when a company has International Dialing enabled, the application will dedicate a set of numbers for international usage. International numbers all currently use a UK based caller ID.
