Third party integration issues

The following guide describes the steps you can follow to re-configure third party integrations in the event LaunchQ cannot do so itself.

Google/GMail cannot be connected

If LaunchQ is showing that it cannot re-establish a connection to Google then the connection will need to be reset.  To do so, perform the following actions:

  1. Log into your google account:  myaccount.google.com
  2. Click on Security
  3. Scroll down until you find the section titled "Third-party apps with account access" and click "Manage third-party access
  4. Click on the "LaunchQ,  Has access to Gmail" bar 
  5. Click "Remove Access
  6. Return to LaunchQ and re-connect to Google in the User Profile page
