Assign the "LaunchQ Basic Access" Permission Set to your users. This provides access to the relevant fields on Lead, Contact, Campaign Member, Call Logs and Dialer Sessions. It also provides access to the needed objects, visualforce page and tab.

In addition to the permission set, the user will be need "View All" on both the Dialer Session and Call Log objects.
