During the import of a Call List, List Types are set and help categorize the data. List types also use different scoring methodologies on phone numbers to remove uncallable records. In addition, these list types help feed our ICP and categorization models.

| Follow-up | Activity based lists where you are following up on a previous call. | Data suppression is very limited for records, even the phone number meets the "Low" or "Poor" quality criteria. |
| High-Priority | Lists that have a high-priority and need to be called, such as customer lists, a webinar pre-show list or a priority list of targets. | Data suppression is limited for records, even the phone number meets the "Low" or "Poor" quality criteria. |
