List Types and how to use them

During the import of a Call List, List Types are set and help categorize the data. List types also use different scoring methodologies on phone numbers to remove uncallable records. In addition, these list types help feed our ICP and categorization models.

Name Usage Details
Outbound Cold lists with records you may have not called before such as target accounts or ICP lists.  These phone number records receive the most scrutiny for filtering.
Inbound Lists that have come from Marketing campaigns, website forms, webinar registrations, etc. These phone number records receive a moderate level of scrutiny for filtering.
Follow-up Activity based lists where you are following up on a previous call. Data suppression is very limited for records, even the phone number meets the "Low" or "Poor" quality criteria.
High-Priority Lists that have a high-priority and need to be called, such as customer lists, a webinar pre-show list or a priority list of targets. Data suppression is limited for records, even the phone number meets the "Low" or "Poor" quality criteria.
