The network diagnostics & connectivity check can be accessed by anyone in the application.
- First, click the ellipsis in the top right and select "Diagnostics.
- Next, click "Start Diagnostics"
- Even if you use webdial, enter your Phone number in the input box.
- Click "Run Diagnostics
- During the phone portion you will be asked to speak a few words so it can determine call quality. There is no need to hang up on your own, as the system will hang up automatically.
- At the end of the test, the application will provide its recommendation on your connection. If there are any issues, it will present them here as well.
