Network Diagnostics & Connectivity

The network diagnostics & connectivity check can be accessed by anyone in the application. 

  1. First, click the ellipsis in the top right and select "Diagnostics.
  2. Next, click "Start Diagnostics"
  3. Even if you use webdial, enter your Phone number in the input box.
  4. Click "Run Diagnostics
  5. During the phone portion you will be asked to speak a few words so it can determine call quality. There is no need to hang up on your own, as the system will hang up automatically.

  6. At the end of the test, the application will provide its recommendation on your connection. If there are any issues, it will present them here as well.

If the user continues to have issues, LQ technical support can run another specific test to evaluate network reliability.
