There may be a scenario where a user receives the error "Some details were missing from the report" and it lists column(s) that are missing, but you find that this field is actually in the report as another user.

You'll need to check that the user attempting to load the report has access to the field in Salesforce. Make sure they click through the "Click here to review this Report in Salesforce" and view the actual report.
If they do not have access, provide the appropriate permissions through FLS (Field Level Security) or a Permission Set.
