Reports | Rep at a Glance

Reps at a Glance provides a simple report with the general "waterfall" of metrics. It also includes Performance Warning Indicators for Managers.

The definitions for the waterfall metrics are:

  • Total Calls: Total number of calls made
  • Manual Dials: Subset of calls that were completed in manual dial mode
  • Transfers: Total number of attempted transfers to a user
  • Conversations: Total number of live conversations logged by the user
  • Meetings: Total number of scheduled meetings logged by the user
  • Positive Interactions: Total number of positive dispositions logged by the user
  • Not Interested: Total number of negative dispositions logged by a user where the connection said they were not interested 
  • Call Issues: Total number of call issues from a transfer where there was not a successful conversation with the rep.
  • Duration: Total duration of the call session, expressed in minutes.

Reps can view their own data, managers can view other users in their company as well.
