Updating your Profile

To access your settings, use the three dots in the top right of the application to select "Profile".


Once on your profile page, you can set your phone number in the "call-me phone number" box, change your beep transfer tone and update other important attributes related to the application. If enabled by an admin, this is also where you can connect your email provider account.

Description of Profile Elements:

  • Alias: This is used to help live agents who are calling on your behalf. It should be a full name (first and last name) and cannot contain numbers.
  • Call-me phone number: If you connect to a dialing session with a phone instead of web-dial, this is the default number that will be used. It can be changed within a session.
  • Beep Tone: These are your options to hear upon a call being transferred to you.

Be sure to click "Save" when you are done.
