Overview

The email functionality inside of LaunchQ allows users to send one-off emails using a connected Google or O365 email account. 

What user info is captured?

When your Google or O365 account is connected, the application only stores the following details in relationship to your LaunchQ User account:

  • User Name - the user name associated with your connected account.
  • Provider User ID - a unique ID that is created by the connected account provider.

Where can emails be sent from inside of LaunchQ?

Emails can be sent from the following areas of the applications:

  • Lists
  • Dialer Sessions
  • Call Disposition Screens

What information is stored for sent emails?

Emails are stored in the outbox of the corresponding connected account, just as it was sent through the provider's user interface. Replies are not captured in LaunchQ, but will show up in your connected account's inbox. Additionally, LaunchQ stores a copy of the email sent. the following attributes are also captured and stored:

  • The template used (if any) 
  • Which email address it was sent to
  • The deliverability of the email address sent to
  • The user ID of the user which sent the email
