Call Lists Overview

The collapsible sections below will walk you through the different flows for using Call Lists. Click on each section to expand or collapse it.


Viewing Existing Call Lists

  • Existing Call Lists can be viewed by selecting the Call Lists from the front page, or the Call Lists item from the left navigation.  

  •      


  • Call Lists expire when:
    • A newer version is uploaded
    • No session has been created from the list after 5 days
    • After 5 days the list will be removed if the associated session has been archived
  • Call Lists created by reps are visible to Super Managers and any other profiles that are higher in the hierarchy.

Call List Deduplication

  • Records are de-duped based off the following values during the import process.
    • Salesforce ID
    • Email Address

Call List Limitations

  • Lists loaded from Salesforce.com are limited to 2000 records. 
    • Call List sorting is important in making sure your records made it into the Call List.
    • Even if the report has >2000 records, the call list may end up being less than 2000 records depending on the number of records that are deduplicated during the process.

Call List Sorting

  • Lists can be sorted using most fields that are columns in your report. The dropdown of available fields will be shown while importing the call list. More details are available in the loading a call lists article.
