Log into your SFDC account 

Look for the "Session" tab in your tab bar.

• If it's not accessible in Classic, click the "+" icon and search for the Session icon in the list. Then add it.

• If it's not accessible in Lightning, click the pencil icon, and add it to your bar.

Click the “Click here to get started” button

A new window will open and you’ll be ready to go.
